Welcome
Candidates
When you choose to work with Mitchell Martin, you
value qualities such as honesty, intelligence, creativity, persistence
and a sense of corporate maturity. A common question among candidates
is, “Will my interest in a different opportunity be kept confidential?”
We understand the definition of confidential. and we respect your privacy.
We will not submit your resume without your expressed consent. We advise
you not to notify your current employer that you are leaving until you
have the ideal position in place. Basically, your employer will not find
out that you are looking at other opportunities unless you inform them.
How to get the ball rolling:
What we need from you is an updated resume, law school transcript and
a writing sample. As soon as we receive your resume we will give you
a call to discuss your background/experience in depth. It is important
to have a general idea of what you want and do not want in a practice.
For example, if you have been practicing general litigation and have
a strong dislike for depositions it’s probably not a good idea
to interview for a position with a heavy class action case load. Therefore,
we will not introduce these opportunities to you. IF you have decided
to make a move, when working with Mitchell Martin, we will strive to
place you in the career opportunity that will be your last move.
